Replacement of broken wall:
The broken wall can be replaced on site. Hoist the main shaft components and place them on a strong support platform. Pay attention not to damage the moving cone and spherical surface. At the same time, block all oil holes with cloth to prevent dust and impurities from entering. Remove the distribution plate, locking nut, locking washer and fusible gasket in turn. Solder two lifting lugs on the old plate at a distance of 180 degrees to lift the broken wall, when installing the new wall, weld two lifting lugs at a distance of 180 °, and then install it in the reverse order of removal. Cut off the two lifting lugs when finished.
