Method to improve the life of cone crusher-moving cone [crushing wall]:
1. Add lubricating oil during installation: when installing the crushing wall of the cone crusher, zinc alloy needs to be poured into the crushing wall. Before pouring the zinc alloy, the crushing wall or the inner surface of the lining plate can be coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil. This not only avoids moisture, but also increases the durability of the crushing wall and prolongs the action time. The broken wall is then placed on the body and adjusted in position, and then poured through a suitable tool. After the alloy solidifies, clean the end face of the broken wall and other surfaces of the alloy.
2. Transformation of internal gear: It is possible to improve the service time of the crushing wall by transforming the gear, because the damage of the internal gear will aggravate the wear of the crushing wall; it is recommended to replace the internal gear with a groove disc and weld it directly on the main shaft. A 130 X70mm (length X width) rectangular through hole is formed on the main shaft. In order to ensure the firm welding of the disc, the groove disc adopts a half U-shaped groove and is welded according to the standard welding process. The threaded hole on the disc can be used to pre-tighten the cone head in the future. This improvement not only makes the internal gear durable, but also improves the life of the broken wall.
3. Correctly adjust the pre-tightening force of the crushing wall: there is a pre-tightening force on the crushing wall of the cone crusher, and the pre-tightening force cannot be too large or too small. Because it is too small, it is easy to cause the broken wall to loosen, and too large, it is easy to cause the broken wall to break, reducing the use time of the broken wall; therefore, the pre-tightening force should be injected during installation or inspection. Under normal circumstances, The size of the pre-tightening force is about 40t. Proper pre-tightening force can reduce the broken wall crack and extend the service life.

High manganese steel has high tensile strength, plasticity and toughness and weak magnetism. Under the condition of high speed and heavy load, the working face will form a work hardening layer, which has good wear resistance. At the same time, it also has austenite. Even if the parts are worn to a very thin thickness, it can still withstand a large impact load without cracking, and will not cause secondary damage to the equipment itself.
The broken wall and rolling mortar wall of the cone on the market are generally made of high manganese steel.

Broken wall, pricked wall is a very strong mechanical equipment, which can be carried out very well is to check its firmness before use, this will promote the efficiency of use more quickly.
