Rolled Mortar Wall Replacement
Rolled walls can be replaced on site. Unscrew the adjusting screw sleeve installed on the upper frame (pay attention to counterclockwise rotation), remove the upper chamber hopper assembly, lift the adjusting screw sleeve with hoisting equipment, remove the adjusting screw sleeve plate bolt, then remove the rolling mortar wall for replacement, clean the outer surface during assembly, adjust the screw sleeve and apply grease on the thread surface, and install and fix it in reverse order.
Precautions
The rolling wall is fixed on the adjusting ring with a U-shaped screw, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it closely integrated. When the rolling wall is newly installed or replaced, after 6-8 hours of work, the tightening condition should be checked and the U-shaped screw should be tightened again.
